From sherbet lemon to mint sorbet, pink musk sticks to lavender loveliness – this sweeter than sweet trend is deliciously decedent and positively delicious.
Delicate, feminine and a little bit whimsical, this sugary trend takes an opulently soft approach to Spring / Summer dressing.
Breathe some fresh air into your wardrobe after the dark colours of Winter with delicate pastels and darling embellishment. From the runways of Louis Vuitton to Chanel, Jonathan Saunders, Alexander McQueen and more, fairytale pastels were seductively sweet.
Trimmings and fabrics also took a saccharine note with big lacy collars and oversized white buttons. While divine broderie anglaise dresses, feathers and pearls were equally enchanting. Accessories were kept lady-like and elegant. Pointed kitten heels and structured retro-inspired handbags are positively precious in pastel.
Will your wardrobe experience a sugar high for Spring? xx

The London runways became a tangerine dream for Fall 2012
From tangerine to blood orange; this is a striking colour palette for Fall. Packing a high-glamour punch; orange can light up a room and delight the senses. It’s refined yet fun; both elegant and sensual; classic but always bold.
This vibrant, zesty hue made an appearance at Mulberry, Stella McCartney, Issa, Jonathan Saunders and more.
At Stella McCartney tones of orange were swirled in an exquisite marble print; while an evening gown in orange lace was truly breathtaking (pictured above). At Issa, orange also appeared in a striking print (dress & tights) and in a gorgeous lace gown (pictured above). Both floor-length lace gowns, with streamlined silhouettes and popping bursts of tangerine intensity, will make for brilliant red-carpet moments…
Will you embrace orange for Fall? xx

Pudsey Bear Style Makeover
Pudsey Bear has undergone a style makeover by some of London’s leading names in fashion.
The BBC Children in Need Charity has launched the Designer Pudsey Collection, which sees several of London’s most coveted designers create their own iconic Pudsey.
Bringing their own unique style and aesthetic to this lovely Bear, the Designer Pudsey Collection will raise money for disadvantaged children and young people in the UK. Designers involved include: Katie Hillier, Jonathan Saunders, House of Holland, Giles, Mulberry and Erdem, amongst others.
The traditional yellow Pudsey now wears silver laser-cut leather by Giles Deacon and buttercup cheery florals by Erdem. Of working with Pudsey, Erdem said: “It is a cause I believe in and it was fun to work with Pudsey. He was very pleasant!”
The couture bears will be on display at Liberty London until November 19th. The bears will meanwhile be auctioned for the BBC Children in Need Charity online here. You can start bidding on these one-of-a-kind bears there now.
Now a leader in the style stakes, Pudsey Bear is putting his best paw forward!
