Style

What I Wore..

Wearing this gorgeous Carla Zampatti dress… my hair actually done; jewellery chosen specifically for my outfit; heels on my feet and not reconsidered at the last minute; and an actual handbag {not a baby nappy bag}… was the first time since mid-pregnancy I felt like myself again {in a fashion sense that is}.

To pin point this, I think it was a feeling of ‘put together’… as each element had been given thought and carefully considered. A sense of composure and confidence in knowing I looked how I wanted to look at that moment.

For me glamour and even more so innate style, is all about the finer details. The tender care that is placed into finding the right earring or those extra minutes taken to ensure your make up is just so. Because for me, style is a delicate combination of elegance and confidence with a splash of je ne sais quo {or something special you cannot quite place}.

A Cult Beauty Christmas

Christmas is without a doubt my favourite time of year, so I was beyond excited when asked to create the 2013 Christmas campaign artwork for UK brand, Cult Beauty.

Using bold black lines and a beautiful colour palette of gold, green and red– the campaign artwork had to exude the elegance of the Cult Beauty brand while still evoking the frivolity of the festive season.

Many of the artwork pieces feature the signature Cult Beauty Christmas gift wrap – the elegant black and gold fern print coming together perfectly with the luxurious black ribbon and delicate line detailing.

The Christmas artwork will be featured across the Cult Beauty website throughout the holiday season {i.e. particularly the ‘Give & Get Gorgeous’ Ultimate Gift Edit} as well as appearing on affiliate banners around the web.

New Artwork Sneak Peek

I am very pleased to announce a series of new artworks will be launched on CaraGray.com over the next few weeks. Here is a sneak peek at the first piece…

While each of the artworks will be more simplistic than my ‘Woman Of Paris’ collection; the focus is still to inspire women to become the leading lady in their own lives.

Each of the artworks will be available to purchase as a print soon. I will also be posting other artwork previews over the next week, so please stay posted.

I hope you all have a truly wonderful Easter Long Weekend!

Love Cara xx
